This page explains what information this website collects and what I do with it. Cultivate Local is run by Craig Sanders and operated by Root Design, LLC, based in Indianapolis, Indiana.
What I collect
- When you fill out a form: the name, email, phone, farm name, and answers you type in. Forms run on Tally.
- When you book a call: your name, email, the time you pick, and any answers to the booking questions. Booking runs on Google Calendar.
- When you visit the site: the website host, Netlify, keeps basic technical logs like your IP address and browser type to keep the site running and secure. I also use Google Analytics, which uses cookies to show me which pages people visit and how they found the site. It doesn't tell me who you are. You can block it by turning off cookies in your browser or using Google's opt-out add-on.
What I do with it
- Answer your questions and schedule calls
- Send you the self-check you asked for
- Send occasional emails, only if you checked the box to get them. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
I keep form answers in Tally and a Google Sheet. I don't sell or rent your information, and I don't share it with anyone except the services that run this site and its forms (Tally, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Google Analytics, and Netlify), and if the law requires it.
Your choices
Email hello@cultivatelocalfood.com to see what I have about you, fix it, or have it deleted. I'll take care of it within 30 days.
Kids
This site isn't meant for children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, I'll update it here and change the date at the top.
